Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Keystone Lead Co, a Pennsylvania lead generation business. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we provide

We own and operate local websites for home service trades. Those websites generate phone calls from homeowners, and we route those calls to one contractor per trade per town. We are not a contractor, we do not perform home service work, and we do not supervise the work of any contractor who receives our calls.

Service terms for contractors

• A contractor receives a first set of calls at no charge and with no contract.
• Continuing service is a flat monthly fee for the contractor's trade and town, with no pay-per-lead charges.
• Service is month-to-month. Either side may end it with 30 days' notice, after which calls stop being routed to that contractor.
• The websites, phone numbers, tracking systems and call recordings remain our property.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise any particular number of calls, any search ranking, or that calls will turn into jobs. Search engines, seasons and local demand are outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue or results.

Your responsibilities as a contractor

• Hold and maintain the licenses, registrations and insurance your work requires.
• Answer and respond to the calls we send, and treat callers professionally.
• Follow all applicable laws, including Pennsylvania home improvement and consumer protection requirements.
• You alone are responsible for the work you quote and perform, your pricing, your contracts with homeowners and any warranty you offer.

Call recording

Calls through our tracked numbers may be monitored and recorded. By using our service you consent to that recording and to our sharing recordings of your calls with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or interfere with this site or our websites, don't attempt to access systems you're not authorized to use, and don't submit false information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, branding and code of this site belong to Keystone Lead Co and may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.
