You never buy a lead, build a website or sign a long agreement. You answer the phone and decide whether the calls are worth keeping.
One contractor per trade per town
Our local websites rank on Google for searches like “[service] in [town]”. When a homeowner calls, that call goes to a single contractor in that trade and that town. While the spot is yours, we do not send those calls to anyone else and we do not resell them.
Your first few calls are free
Before any money changes hands, we route your first few calls to your phone. You answer them, quote them, and decide for yourself whether the work is the kind you want. There is no contract to sign for the trial calls and nothing to pay.
Call tracking and recordings
Every call runs through a tracked number, so there is a record of when it came in, how long it lasted and what was said. Calls are recorded and available to you, which means you never have to take our word for what we sent.
A monthly call report
Each month you get a report of the calls we sent you for your trade and town, with the recordings attached. It is the simplest way to check that what you pay for matches what you receive.
Flat monthly fee, month-to-month
If the trial calls turn into jobs, you keep the spot for a flat monthly fee. Same fee whether the phone rings a little or a lot — there are no pay-per-lead charges on top. The agreement runs month-to-month rather than for a fixed term.
What happens if you cancel
Give us 30 days' notice and the arrangement ends. We stop sending calls to you at the end of that period, and the spot for your trade and town is offered to another contractor. The customers you already served are yours — we make no claim on your jobs, your invoices or your reviews.
What we don't do.
