• Contractor details. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, business name, trade, the towns you serve, your phone number, your email address and your message.
• Call information. Calls placed through the tracked numbers on our websites are logged and recorded. That includes the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and the audio of the call.
• Website usage. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type and the site that referred you.
• Email addresses we contact. Business contact details we gather to reach out to contractors, plus any address submitted through our unsubscribe page.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss whether your trade and town are available.
• To route customer calls to the contractor who holds the spot for that trade and town.

Call recording

Calls made to the tracked numbers on our websites may be monitored and recorded for quality and reporting purposes. Callers are notified that the call may be recorded. Recordings of calls we send to a contractor are shared with that contractor.
